How do I sync my data across devices?

Your data automatically syncs when you're connected to the internet. Simply log in with the same account on any device to access your information. Pull down on any screen to manually trigger a sync. If sync seems stuck, try closing and reopening the app.
Can I share my account with family members?

Yes! Go to the Membership screen and tap "Generate QR Code" or share an invite link. Each person uses their own login credentials but can access your shared horses. The number of team members depends on your subscription plan.
How is my data backed up?

All your data is automatically backed up to our secure cloud servers whenever you're online. As long as you're signed in, your data is safe and will restore on any device. We use encryption to protect your information.
What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will delete all your horses, appointments, notes, and other data. Make sure to export any information you need before deleting. Team members you invited will lose access to your shared data.
How many horses can I add?

The number of horses depends on your plan. Free plans typically allow 1-5 horses, while premium plans offer unlimited horses. You can check your current limits in Settings > Subscription. Upgrade anytime to add more horses.
How accurate is the AI health analysis?

Our AI provides helpful guidance based on the images you share, but it's not a replacement for professional veterinary care. Always consult your vet for serious concerns. The AI is best used for general observations, documenting conditions over time, and knowing when to seek professional help.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Equinex. On Android, open Google Play > Subscriptions > Equinex. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

After signing in, go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Can I set up recurring appointments?

Yes! When creating a shoer appointment, you can set it to repeat at a regular interval (e.g., every 6 weeks). The app will automatically create upcoming appointments and send you reminders. You can skip or reschedule individual occurrences without affecting the series.
