Go to Settings > Account > Invite Members. Enter their email address to send an invitation. They'll need to download the app and accept the invite.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription and choose your preferred plan. Payment is processed securely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Equinex AI to manage or cancel.
On Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Equinex AI to manage or cancel.
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

My data isn't syncing between devices

Ensure you're signed in with the same account on all devices. Try pulling down to refresh on the main screen. If issues persist, contact support.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

After signing in with your account, go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
