Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including horses, appointments, notes, and images, will be permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Equinex account directly from within the app. Follow these steps:
- Open the Equinex app on your device
- Tap the Menu icon to open the navigation
- Go to My Account
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm that you want to delete your account when prompted
Note: You must be signed in to your account to request deletion. If you cannot access your account, please contact us at support@equinexai.com for assistance.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

What Data is Retained
The following data is not automatically deleted:

| Anonymized usage statistics | Aggregate, non-identifiable data used to improve the app. |
Cancel Your Subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription separately:
On iPhone / iPad (iOS)
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Equinex and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your Profile icon at the top right
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Equinex and tap it
- Tap Cancel subscription
Data Retention Timeline
After you delete your account:
- Immediate: Your data is removed from our active systems and you can no longer access your account
- Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers
- Within 90 days: Data is removed from our backup systems
